"Renewal Radio" interviews...

Last month, Lindsay's mom & dad (Kathy & Pastor Chris Cutshall) were featured on a radio program called Renewal Radio with Dr. Gene Getz. Renewal, a listener-supported faith ministry, is a "15-minute daily radio program heard throughout the United States, Belize, Puerto Rico, Micronesia, Guam, the Caribbean and 124 countries around the world from Afghanistan to Yugoslavia." I love that God has provided Jason's and Lindsay's families with the opportunity to speak about this continuing story to such broad audiences. There is a purpose for each and every opportunity like this. I pray that God will continue to reach the hearts of those who need Salvation in Christ and/or a renewed heart in Jesus through Jason & Lindsay's story. I doubt they ever dreamed that their life stories would leave such a profound impact on people... but God had that in mind all along. I feel blessed to have known Jason... and I continue to feel blessed to know his family. I hope I have the opportunity to get to know Lindsay's family better over time. They are all amazing people... as you will hear by the testimony provided in these interviews.

These 15-minute radio segments were featured on Renewal Radio over the week of September 12th through the 15th. The week was entitled, "Test of Faith." Below are short summaries and links to each 15 minute radio segment. (These radio segments are in downloadable mp3 format.)

All this week our host, Dr. Gene Getz, is talking with a pastor and his wife who faced an incredible test of faith when their daughter and their daughter’s fiancé were mercilessly murdered on a beach on the west coast. It was a senseless tragedy-—a horrible act of evil. But what you hear today will give you hope no matter what has happened in your life.

The apostle Paul wrote that "We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose." This week on Renewal we’ve been sharing a tragic story but you’ll also hear how this young couple’s parents have come to grips with the reality of Paul’s statement. What they share will encourage you, regardless of your circumstances in life.
